Pritha wears many hats at AQ, and her work day is a reflection of the chaos that only a high-energy, small company can generate. Her every-day is a cocktail of many diverse elements; marketing, training, delivering solutions for new clients, lending a patient ear to an aggrieved soul etc etc etc. Though she is a calm person by temperament, she sometimes finds it difficult to keep her balance amidst the frenetic drama of managing the “everyday” of AQ. When not flitting from role to role at AQ, Pritha loves hitting the road, getting lost in forests, listening to classical music, reading crime fiction, eating blue cheese, reading poetry and watching the trees from her home in Bangalore. Across her professional career, Pritha has lead large delivery teams and built offshore capabilities for organisations. Her analytics expertise lies in the areas of Consumer Segmentation, Pricing and Drivers’ Analysis.

DP is the youngest founder at Analytics Quotient. When he co-founded AQ in 2008, he was 29 years old. He leads the delivery team for “New Businesses” at AQ, and many a client has benefited from DP’s sharp work at teasing out the most important, overlooked insights. He’s been pushing AQbians to think sharper, analyse better and deliver quicker through the years. While DP is passionate about technology, he does not like technocrats. Needless to say, DP is an android man, with an insatiable appetite for good books, any movie, stimulating conversation, and spicy Biryani, not necessarily in that order. DP’s area of analytics expertise lies in the realms of CRM, Category Management, Shopper Analysis, Direct Marketing Campaigns and developing statistical and analytical tools.

If anyone was to describe Vinay in one word, that word would be “dynamic”. Vinay is the “Voice of the Client” at AQ, and in this capacity, swings across the world in a heartbeat, meeting clients and partners. Vinay loves children, and has been known to give sound parenting advice to fellow AQbians and clients alike. Of course the fact that he is a single, available bachelor does not deter him in the least. Vinay is the indefatigable source of ideas to run things better at AQ, of intense political viewpoints and of Kannada sayings. Vinay is also an avid reader, a disciplined runner and a huge Arsenal fan. Along with Client Relationships, Vinay mentors the Finance function at AQ and is a key stakeholder for customised digital analytics. Vinay’s area of analytics expertise lies in Marketing ROI Measurement, Brand Health Analytics, Portfolio Strategy & Allocation, Integrated Tools & Dashboards.

Neerav is blessed with the “gift of sight”. He may have trained to be an engineer, but he has the vision of an artist. Neerav has become our resident urban legend and stories about him revolve around “do you remember that time we spent three days trying to understand that excel sheet, and went to Neerav, and Neerav looked at it, nodded and solved it for us in half an hour?” Neerav’s left and right brain are in perfect sync, which makes him the ideal “Ideas Man” to develop digital analytics platforms and mentor data visualization at AQ. Neerav’s four loves are his iPhone, cricket, Parv and Pinal – his son and equal partner (not strictly in this order). Neerav is also a devout downloader of all sorts of phone camera apps, and the only one among the founders who can burn the dance floor all night long. Neerav excels at managing and growing large client relationships. His analytics expertise lies in the areas of Portfolio Management, Brand Strategy, Consumer & Growth modelling to Social Media Analytics and Data Visualization.

Partha is an extremely social person with a smile that puts people at ease. For Partha, statistics is the Holy Grail and he is always willing to sit people down and teach them about the “Life of Pi”. Partha has 15 years of experience supporting business processes and decision making. He has a high- spirited, energetic family (Rashmi, Praudyumna and Samyukta), and a dog (Goofy) who likes going for long walks and is strictly vegetarian.
